MP3 Audio Tours Now Available in 4 Parks:

Ontario Parks is pleased to announce that for the first time ever, you can now borrow an MP3 player that is pre-loaded with trail guide information. Bronte Creek, MacGregor Point, Rondeau and Pinery Provincial Parks are encouraging you to get active with this new audio tour system made possible through a grant from the Ministry of Health's promotion: Communities in Action Fund.

It's simple…just sign out an MP3 Audio Tour system at the designated location in each park. Follow the simple MP3 instructions to navigate to each recorded track as you arrive at each point of interest. Walk at your own pace, take a break ---resume the tour when you want!

The audio tour system is reducing the need for paper that has been used in traditional trail guides. It is appealing for families and youth as the MP3 speakers allow small groups to listen to one MP3 Player. Get up, get active, explore nature!

Why: Get up, Get Active -Explore nature! Virtually paperless!

Where: Bronte Creek, MacGregor Point, Pinery and Roneau.

When: Starting July 19, 2008

Who: Anyone can use the MP3 player system ---if not, we'll teach you!
