Day camps: Book centre/ house tours. July and August booking begin 1st Monday in May. Call ext 288. Special Events Bronte Creek Provincial Park offers special events throughout the year! Interpretive Facilities:

Nature Centre Open daily May to September. You can explore Natural History and live animal displays, view a live honey bee hive or identify songbirds from our bird viewing area. Watch for "Ask the Naturalist" or the wandering interpreter with the "Fact Pack". School groups and day camps can book curriculum linked programs to compliment their class studies. Spruce Lane Farmhouse Open daily July 1st - Labour day. Discover rural life from 100 years ago at the fully furnished Spruce Lane Farmhouse. School groups and day camps can book curriculum linked programs to compliment their class studies. Call (905) 827-6911 to book your group.

Children's Farm and Play Barn Children ten years of age and younger can jump, slide, hide and crawl for hours in a converted barn hayloft. They can also get up close and personal to learn about a variety of farm animals. The barn and play barn are open year round. School groups and day camps can book ½ hour times to compliment their field trip to Bronte Creek. Call (905) 827-6911 to book your group. Farms In the buildings that surround the Play Barn (parking Lot C) you can find a variety of Farm Animals. The Children's Farm provides an opportunity for children to discover and learn about domestic farm animals. You will likely to see piglets and chicks in the spring! The Spruce Lane Farm was built around 1899 and reflects the Victorian era lifestyle. You will feel like you have become a part of history when you participate in authentic Victorian period chores, holiday traditions or participate in cooking demonstrations. A trip to Spruce Lane Farm will bring early settlement history alive (Parking Lot F).
